Modern, very comfortable room, equipped with keys, suitcase holder + closet + chair + small table on wheels + kettle + tea set (with tea bags /infusions/soluble coffee).

Choice of 1 king-size double bed 180x200cm or 2 large single beds 90x200cm with thick pocket-spring mattresses, comforters and two pillows per person.

Lovely en-suite bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

Free/shared access to the beautiful living room with open kitchen, bar and snack bar.

Limited/shared access to the kitchen for basic, fast cooking.

Perishables can be stored in the fridge and ice packs in the freezer.

Free/shared access to garden and terrace, with dining area: large table, garden chairs and pergola.

Smokers: wall-mounted ashtray available on the terrace in the staircase leading to the garden, please keep smoke away from windows :)

*FULL BREAKFAST AT HOME* For €15 per person

Baguette + 1 croissant + tea, coffee or chocolate + butter and a wide choice of jam + honey + muesli + fresh cheese/yoghurt + fresh seasonal fruit + fried eggs + bacon + roast tomato + thin slice of chicken ham and cheese + 1 freshly squeezed orange juice.

- Laundry: washing + drying: (10€ per cycle of 7kg maximum), collection at check in / return the next morning.

“Do most travelers find my accommodation conveniently located to Mont Saint-Michel and other points of interest and supply?”

While it's understandable from the comments that walking isn't always popular, most of my visitors appreciate the free use of my private parking lot, as well as the proximity of my house to both restaurants (5mn walk), and the pedestrian riverside walkway (a lovely walk along the river “Le Couesnon” which leads straight (and flat) to Mont Saint-Michel in 1 hour's walk or to the free shuttle buses 30 minutes away.

My house is 5 minutes from this walk.

Classic and electric bikes are also available for hire on my street.

It is of course possible to find a few hotels in Mont Saint-Michel, but you'll need to budget much more just to be in the Mont...

It is possible to find hotels in the parking area of the free shuttle bus, also a 30-minute walk from Mont Saint-Michel, but this area of hotels and parking lots for mass tourism lacks the charm and tranquility of my home :)
